1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly, improve browsing efficiency, and provide technical feedback to the site owners.

2. How We Use Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies in three ways. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline or ignore the banner, we do not store analytics cookies or any tracking information on your device. You can change your choice at any time using the button below.

Essential (no consent needed)

Cost Estimator (sessionStorage): we temporarily store the room sizes and options you enter in the Cost Estimator so the quote form can be pre-filled if you decide to send a request. This is cleared when you close your browser tab. Cookie choice (localStorage): we remember whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we do not keep asking. Spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile): protects our contact form from automated abuse.

Analytics and performance (only if you accept)

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager: use cookies to count visits, see which pages are used, and record when someone sends an enquiry or taps call or WhatsApp. We use Google Consent Mode: if you decline, no analytics cookies are set, but Google may still receive limited, cookieless information such as your IP address and browser details, which it uses for modelling.
• PostHog (EU servers): records clicks on our phone and WhatsApp buttons and quote requests. It is switched off until you accept.
• Microsoft Clarity: produces anonymised heatmaps and session replays so we can see where visitors get stuck. It does not load until you accept.
• Enquiry source (sessionStorage): if you accept, we remember the first page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags for the length of your visit, and include them when you send an enquiry. Nothing is stored if you decline.

Third-party content

Trustpilot: our review widget loads from Trustpilot's servers, which means your browser connects to Trustpilot when the page loads. When we last tested a first visit with cookies declined, the widget did not set any cookies, but Trustpilot may change how its widget works. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

3. How to Manage Cookies

Most modern web browsers allow you to control or block cookies through their settings menu. You can clear existing cookies and decline new ones; however, blocking functional storage completely may disable the ability to auto-fill your Cost Estimator results into the contact form.
